Scope of services
- Review loans purchased from Third Parties or made internally and document evidence of code violations and other improper loan underwriting practices.
- Work with Lender’s/Servicer’s management to develop a risk mitigation action to insure compliance and adherence to internal policy and procedures.
- Train management and designated employees in “best practice” loan review techniques and loan file documentation. This will include review and assessment of adequacy of current staff expertise, loan administrative processes, and system tools. Where needed, recommendation will be given to management to revise current approaches and implementation of “best practices”, including assistance to management in developing and training of “best practice” procedures to management and staff.
- Work with management to develop a financial literacy program for members, customers. Once an agreed upon framework for consistent member education is developed.
- True Asset Recovery, LLC will assist in marketing, selling, and recovering value in its distressed real estate portfolio.
- True Asset Recovery, LLC will risk assess Lender’s/Servicer’s current lien positions. Based on this risk assessment, document recommendations to management for risk mitigation.
- True Asset Recovery, LLC will assist in developing “best practice” pertaining to third-party vendor selection processes.
- True Asset Recovery, LLC will document other risk observations during fieldwork and propose risk mitigation actions to management.
