True Asset Recovery, LLC will review your loan documentation for predatory lending and provide our initial findings which may include, but is not limited to, RESPA, TILA, ECOA, FDCPA, FCRA violations.
We will also “score” your situation based on a comprehensive analysis between 1-10. If your file is rated as a “five or below” or “six and above” you will be given a letter to guide you in your next steps.
Write-up for your attorney
This process starts at $1500.00
The price of the write-up depends on your situation and factors in depth, use and time, and will vary or include a percentage of recoveries, if any.
